Don't take the vendors word for it. In this current market place, property valuations can differ greatly from valuations obtained only a few months previously. Watch Johns video on doing due Diligence.

Click on the play button,

Click on the play button, then again to pause the video. Let it download for a bit - you'll see a pale blue progress indicator extending ahead of the current-position marker. Once you've got some of the downloaded video 'in-hand', click on play again to listen to video without any buffering interruptions.

Difficult to here and video

Difficult to here and video stops before end and will not restart.But the info. before this was good.

Same problem here. Difficult

Same problem here. Difficult to hear. Mac OS 10.4.11 2meg broadband (which sometimes only works at 0.5meg - but the previous video was fine).

Hi Dave - I seem to have a problem with the video - it is constantly buffering hence I am not able to play it. It has taken 10 minutes to 'play ' the 1st minute which was inaudible.

i run a Mac version 10.5.5 and usually have no problems with videos etc

any ideas?
