How do you get their/leads details from EA? What do EA get if they are taken out the picture and sale goes through? So they keep calling you for more deals? How do they get their commission, and from who? Can you not in theory, go up to the house itself where you have seen the property advertised and work with the vendor alone so you cut the EA out of the picture?

Yes you are absolutely right this is why you need to take the deal details from the estate agent and treat it as a normal BMV deal. The estate agent is taken out of the picture and gets a cheque in 28days because sometimes we have to pay for the sellers agent fee’s. And trust me when you do this they call you with more leads. This week I have had 3 leads.

In the training section in property cow there will be an example call of how you do this. Today I drove down to the estate agents down the road and I recorded this drive and my learning’s after the visit. Unfortunately they wouldn’t allow me to film inside.
